We are all such busy people. Everyone I know seems to be constantly rushing from one thing to the next, with another 10 things in their heads lined up to do 'later'. I've been personally struggling with this a bit lately. Finding that elusive 'work-life' balance is very hard, and it all gets thrown out the window if you have something else like a family illness thrown into the mix.
I've found that one of the things that has helped me is finding 10 minutes to just sit and practice a bit of mindfulness - let everything go out of my head and focus on my breathing and relaxing my body. It's hard to find time to do it everyday, but I've been trying really hard and it does help me to de-stress, I would heartily recommend it - there are some fantastic apps for your phone out there you can try that just help nudge you in the right direction.
Some of these apps ping up the occasional words of wisdom to your phone over the course of the day. I just had one on my phone that said 'No better way to begin the day than quieting the mind, letting go of the past and starting afresh with a new perspective'.
It got me thinking about inspirational quotes. If you look online there are a whole plethora of inspirational quotes out there (just on Pinterest alone!). We offer a few as wall stickers through our online shop you can see a few here. My favourite that we have just released is below - I love this for a small home office or child's room.
